PURPOSE:To provide the method enabling to extremely reduce the cutting of the root hairs, rootlets, etc., of a tree, produce the soil-free tree not having various microbes and optimal for soil-free culture, and contrive the growth and photosynthesis of the tree and the absorption of water, liquid fertilizers, etc., from the roots. CONSTITUTION:The method for setting the environment for the soil-free culture of the tree comprises the first process for hanging the dug-up tree A with soil in water in a easing 1 and subsequently leaving the tree for e.g. a prescribed time to soften the soil adhered to the roots, etc., of the tree with the soil, the second process for successively releasing the soil from the roots without cutting at least the root hairs among the roots, while moderately giving impacts to the soil from the outer peripheral surface toward the inner peripheral surfaces with actions to the water by the flow of the water, e.g. water flow, air bubbles, oscillation or ultrasonic waves, after the first process, and the third process for subjecting the obtained soilfree tree to various kinds of washing treatments and/or sterilizing treatments, etc., when the soil adhered to the roots is perfectly released in the water after the second process. |
