PURPOSE:To provide an object display method and an object display device capable of easily understanding the range of influence accompanying the change of data. CONSTITUTION:A low-order object data retrieval part 4 retrieves whether or not the data retrieved by a selection object data retrieval part 3 are being reutilized as the data of the object of the low-order hierarchy of the object selected by an object selection part 2 from the object stored in an object storage part 1. A reutilization data display generation part 5 generates the data for classifying the output display forms of the reutilized data and non-reutilized data and displaying whether or not the data retrieved by the selection object data retrieval part 3 are being reutilized as the data of the object of the low- order hierarchy of the object selected by the object selection part 2 based on the data retrieved by the low-order object data retrieval part 4.
