<p>A polymorphic form ('Polymorphic Form (I)') of trans (3S, 4R)-3,4-dihydro-2,2-dimethyl-4-(2-oxopiperidin-1-yl)-6-pentafluoroethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-3-ol ('Compound I'), characterised by: (i) an infrared spectrum comprising bands at 3436, 1619 and 1587 cm-1; and/or (ii) a melting point above 148 °C; a process for preparing such a compound, a pharmaceutical composition containing such a compound and the use of such a compound and composition in medicine.</p> |
