MANUFACTURE OF CAST RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a cast resin molded product which can manufacture a cast resin molded product of remarkably improved resin molding properties and insulating characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A curing catalyst of thermosetting resin is coated with thermoplastic resin, and thermosetting liquid cast resin containing a miscrocapsule type catalyst keeping curing reactive heat potential properties is stored and kept at the lower temperature, and heat treated just before being injected into a cavity of the mold.
