The arrangement provides vibration damped holding of an electromotor (2) to a carrier (4), e.g. a fan housing wall, via an elastic damper element (8). The damper element (8) is essentially disc-shaped and is arranged centrally relative to the motor axis (36). The damper element (8), on one side, is connected to the electromotor (2) via at least three motor screw connectors (38). These are distributed around the disc circumference and pass through the damper element (8). The other side is connected to the carrier (4) via carrier screw connectors (40). The latter are arranged between the motor screws (38) and pass through the damper element (8).
