PURPOSE:To provide a production method of a three dimensional stereographic model in which a mask is used to obtain a high ultraviolet ray transmissivity, a high pattern contrast (the contrast between light shielding and light transmissive characteristics), a high resolution, a wide range exposure and is simply and easily made in a short time. CONSTITUTION:In a three dimensional stereographic model production model 18, a thin layer consists of photosetting resin resolvent or solution 17 is irradiated with a light beam 12, resin hardening processes are repeated, hardened resin thin layers are laminated and the stereographic model is produced. The layers are irradiated by the light beam through a liquid crystal mask 13 consisting with a liquid crystal shutter. The exposure time is reduced by the production method of the model 18 which employs a batch exposure system using liquid crystal displays as the masks. Moreover, if microlens arrays are used, a highly precise three dimensional stereographic model 18 is produced. |
