PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food/beverage capable of increasing reserve iron in the body of athletes and raising their stamina, containing ferritin, vitamin C, protein material(s) and sparingly digestible polysaccharide(s). CONSTITUTION:This food/beverage contains ferritin, vitamin C, protein material(s) (e.g. gelatin, lactoprotein) and sparingly digestible polysaccharide(s) (e.g. decomposition products of gum guaiac). This food/beverage is good in ferritin absorbability, thus being useful for increasing reserve iron in the body of athletes. |
