PURPOSE:To set a delay time within a permissible limit and to prevent missing of a packet. CONSTITUTION:A receiver equipment 103 gives a packet received normally to a packet classification section 113. The packet classification section 113 aborts the packet when the packet received normally is a duplicate packet and stores when the packet is not a duplicate packet but an older packet timewise from a packet extracted and used from an arrival packet file 114 to a file device 116 and stores the packet to an arrival packet buffer when the packet is not the duplicate packet and a succeeding packet timewise to the packet stored in the arrival packet buffer. A missing compensation section 115 extracts a 1st packet from the arrival packet buffer in a delay permissible time after the 1st packet is stored and extracts and uses the 2nd and succeeding packets from the arrival packet buffer sequentially. Furthermore, the missing compensation section compensates the packet with substitute data when a succeeding packet is not stored in the arrival packet buffer timewise. |
