PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic circuit board having external connecting terminals for surface mounting which can withstand mechanical vibrations by tapering the partial or whole side of a wiring board mounted with electronic and electric parts and putting the wiring board in U-shaped or square-shaped external connecting terminals, and then, connecting the wiring board to the semi-through holes of the terminals. CONSTITUTION:Semi-through hole sections 6 of 0.8mm in diameter and semi- through hole sections 3 of 0.4mm in diameter are respectively provided on the outside and inside of square-shaped external connecting terminals in the peripheral edge part of a substrate 2 and a tapered wiring board 1 is fitted to the external connecting terminals connecting the sections 6 and 3 to each other through copper patterns. Then the wiring board 1 mounted with surface- mounted parts is connected to the square-shaped external connecting terminals by soldering the connecting pattern 4 of the board 1 to the inside semi-through hole sections 3. Such a wiring board provided with the external connecting terminals for surface mounting is soldered to a mother substrate, etc., by using the semi-through hole sections 6 on the outside of the square-shaped external connecting terminals. |
