PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of rain water, to realize excellent weather resistance and to simply replace a failed solar cell panel by forming opened grooves on an outer frame at upper, lower, and both sides of the panel. CONSTITUTION:An outer frame made of aluminum alloy, etc., mounted on an outer periphery of a solar cell panel 31 has a cylindrical body 32a, a locking part 32b extended along an outer periphery of the panel 31 from an outer periphery of the body 32a to lock the panel 31 by using a filler 33 such as urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, or silicone resin, and a locking part 32c protruding in an L-shaped section from the outer periphery of the body 32a. An upside opened groove 32d is formed of the part 32b and the both 32a. Thus, leakage of rain water is prevented, excellent weather resistance is provided, and the failed panel can be simply and easily replaced. |
