<p>PURPOSE:To provide a thin-film transformer having excellent transmission efficiency by forming a coil side-face section magnetic core and a coil on the same insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic cores 10a, 10b are laminated on substrates 9a, 9b, and insulating layers 11a, 11b are further formed. Coils 13a, 13b and coil side- face section magnetic cores 12a, 12b are formed on the insulating layers 11a, 11b with flat top faces.</p> |
