PURPOSE:To provide a heat-sensitive transfer sheet imparting a function of mat printing, prevention of secret leak, electrification. CONSTITUTION:In a heat-sensitive transfer sheet, a mat layer is provided on the surface of a base film and a hot-melt ink layer to be peeled off from the mat layer is possessed on the mat layer and a colorant is ontained so that the mat layer becomes the same color as that of the hot-melt ink layer.
