Vaporising cooling system for IC engine

A vaporising cooling system for an IC engine comprises cooling chambers internal to the engine, with a pre-supply from the engine to a condenser and a return line back to the cooling chambers. A condensate pump is mounted in the return line, as well as an equalisation chamber and supply container. The supply container (12) is located adjacent to and before the condensate pump (14) in the return supply (10). The return supply opens in the top region of the supply container as a feed pipe (10d), and leaves it again near the base of the container.
