The stressed outer surface area of the break tools with the break-good, hard wear-resistant material pieces are yielded by pressing. The material pieces are pressed into the break tool by a pressure motion. They are crushed and given as chute-good by the pressure crushing devices. The grain size of the material pieces which are to be pressed is larger than the gap of the crushing device. The crushing of the material pieces is done gradually several times successively, whereby the crushed material is lead back to the crushing device. During the gradual crushing, the gap decreases and/or the breaking pressure is increased.
