PURPOSE:To provide an air bag which can be formed into compactness by suppressing increase of a process of manufacture and further by enabling the air bag to easily fold when it is folded. CONSTITUTION:In a base cloth 3 by which an air bag 1 is formed, a gas filling port 4 and two exhaust ports 5, 6, arranged in positions adjacent to each other in the periphery of the gas filling port 4, are formed. A reinforcing cloth is arranged in peripheral edges of the gas filling port 4 and each exhaust port 5, 6 in the base cloth 3. The reinforcing cloth is constituted of two sheets of the cloths, a filling port use reinforcing cloth 8 arranged in the peripheral edge of the gas filling port 4 and an exhaust port use reinforcing cloth 9 arranged in the peripheral edges of the two exhaust ports 5, 6.
