PURPOSE:To obtain a table data processor capable of printing out a decent- looking table without changing the layout of the whole screen by providing the processor with a specific storage means and a processing means. CONSTITUTION:An internal buffer 7 temporarily stores document data or table data required at the time of managing a document or a table by a document managing part 4 or a table managing part 8 and connected to respective managing parts 4, 8 through an internal buffer control part 7a. In the case of displaying/printing out table data inputted to a table in a table display area set up in a document screen, a storage means 7 stores table data larger than the quantity of table data to be displayed on the table and procesors 5, 6, 8 read out table data from the means 7 in each quantity of table data to be displayed on the table to display/print out the read data. Consequently required table data can be inputted to a proper and decent-looking table and displayed/ printed out without changing the size of the table or the table display area and the layout of the whole document. |
