PURPOSE:To obtain excellent smoothness and flatness by a method wherein a melted modified polyolefin film brought into contact with a metal roll, a heat resisting film is brought into contact with a rubber nip roll, the modified polyolefin film is cooled and fixed while these films are being pressed by the rolls, and the heat resisting film is peeled. CONSTITUTION:A melted modified polyolefin film 2 and a smooth heat resisting film 5 having a surface roughness of 1mum or less and a thickness of 20-200mum are pinched by a metal roll 4 having a crystallization temperature T to T-120 deg.C of the modified polyolefin and a rubber nip roll 3 having a temperature of T+50 deg.C to T-80 deg.C and a surface hardness JISA of 20-90 deg.. Being pressed, the modified polyolefin film 2 is cooled and fixed. Thereafter, the heat resisting film 5 is peeled so as to obtain a modified polyolefin film 10 having a surface roughness of 2mum or less. Thus, the surface temperature of the nip roll 3 is controlled so as not to quickly cool and fix the protrusion of the film 2 in a melted state. |
