GARBAGE LIQUEFYING METHOD AND LIQUEFYING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an anaerobic decomposition treating vessel and the load of a post-stage treating vessel by acceleration of liquefaction of garbage. CONSTITUTION:The water temp. of garbage-contg. waste water in the anaerobic decomposition treating vessel 4 is increased by heating means, such as bar- shaped heater 10, band heater or hot water pipe and the temp. distribution in the anaerobic sepn. treating vessel is made uniform by a stirrer 11. The stable and high ability to liquefy the garbage is maintained in the anaerobic sepn. treating vessel without receiving the influence of four seasons. The efficient designing of the anaerobic sepn. treating vessel is thus possible. The org. solids consisting of the excess sludge generated in an aerobic treatment and the crushed matter of the garbage in the waste water are decreased and the treated water contg. lesser SS is discharged. Efficient purification is possible in the case of execution of the post-stage anaerobic and aerobic treatments and the frequencies of sludge withdrawal are drastically decreased.
