<p>PURPOSE:To provide a pressure swing method for separating gas where the separation efficiency of gaseous mixture is improved. CONSTITUTION:Assume that an adsorber 1a is at the end of an desorption process and an adsorber 1B is in an adsorption process and an adsorber 1C is in a state in which a pressure restoring process has been just finished. Gaseous N2 of high concentration remaining in the adsorber 1A at the end of the desorption process of the adsorber 1A is pushed out to the vacuum pump 11 side while switching valves 5B, 5A are opened and a switching valve 6 is closed to introduce and recover residual gaseous O2 from the top of the adsorber 1B. In this way, the efficiency of separating gaseous O2 from air is improved.</p> |
