PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of the operators of supervisory and controlling equipment for an electric power system by allowing a computer to edit and store various state signals of the system by inputting the signals from the equipment and to transmit a control request to the equipment and a built-in data-to- be-deleted setting means to delete inappropriate data. CONSTITUTION:A computer 5 fetches the various operating states of substations constituting an electric power system from the remote supervisory and controlling equipment 1 of each substation. The computer 5 edits 8 the data from a fetching means 6 through a data file 7 in an edit waiting state and stores the edited data in a data base 9. At the same time, the computer 5 inputs the data to a data deleting and checking means 16. The computer 5 requests the equipment 1 to out put a control signal through a console 10, displays the data on a CRT 11, and prints the signal. The computer 5, in addition, incorporates a data-to-be-deleted setting means 14, checks 16 the data in the NO file 15 of substations the data of which are to be deleted, and deletes data which are discriminated as inappropriate. Therefore, the burden of the operator of the supervisory and controlling equipment is reduced.
