<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the variance of remaining coil length by detecting a mark of strip coil where position in the longitudinal direction is marked, calculating remaining length up to the target position and finishing deceleration at the deceleration target position. CONSTITUTION:The coil 1, which is market at longitudinal direction position by magnetic, is detected for the mark by a mark detector 11. Mark detection signal is sent to a measuring counter 6 and remaining length operating device 8. The remaining length arithmetic unit 8 counts up mark detection signal so as to always catch a feed out quantity of the coil 1. A host computer 7 gives a total quantity of the coil 1 to the remaining length arithmetic unit 8, the remaining length arithmetic unit 8 operates remaining length, when remaining length reaches the deceleration position, decelerating instruction is given to a deceleration control device 9, decelerating the device. Accordingly, by precise measuring, a spare capacity of strip storage equipment of loop car, etc., is reduced.</p> |
