PURPOSE:To obtain a vegetable-containing paste made from the starch of devil's- tongue having good permeation of flavor by cooking, by uniformly dispersing thinly cut or grated vegetable into a paste made from the starch of devil's- tongue, coagulating and molding. CONSTITUTION:This paste made from the starch of devil's-tongue is a vegetable- containing paste made from the starch of devil's-tongue obtained by mixing a paste made from the starch of devil's-tongue with thinly cut or grated vegetable and is obtained by blending thinly cut or grated vegetable with a paste made from the starch of devil's-tongue and a coagulant, heating and coagulating. |
