PURPOSE:To provide a heavy load pneumatic tire that is able to display creep resistance excellent in the rubber chafer of a bead part and toe-crack resistance both favorably. CONSTITUTION:A rubber chafer 4 consists of a compound rubber strip made up of connecting and unitizing a heel side rubber strip 4h and a toe side rubber strip 4h of compounding composition different from the former, to each other at a bead base part, and the heel side rubber strip is composed of a rubber composition with a smaller creep strain (epsilon<c>) as compared with the toe side rubber strip, while the toe side rubber strip is composed of a rubber composition with a larger heat aging after-cutting elongation characteristic (Eb) compared with the heel side rubber strip, respectively. |
