An apparatus for rotating a spray arm of a dish washer includes a spray arm on which a plurality of spray nozzles for cleaning are formed, an operating room formed by a vertical wall and horizontal wall in the spray arm, a spray nozzle for rotation formed on both top sides of the operating room, a cleaning water through-hole for guiding cleaning water to the operating room, a supporting axle fixed on the operating room, a propeller type limiter supported by the supporting axle to be able to rise and fall according to the water level of the cleaning water and rotate due to the cleaning water, a stopper formed on one side of the spray nozzle, which closes the spray nozzle using the end of the propeller type limiter, and a guide for guiding the rotation of the propeller type limiter.
