<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate of excellent bonding strength, by subjecting the surface of a plastic film to corona discharge treatment, bonding another plastic sheet to the treated surface of this plastic film under applied heat and pressure and aging the laminate under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a plastic film (e.g., biaxially oriented styrene/ butadiene copolymer film) is subjected to corona discharge treatment. Another plastic sheet (e.g., ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer sheet) is bonded to the treated surface under applied heat and pressure with heating rolls, rubber rolls or the like. The laminate is aged at 40 deg.C or above for 5hr to obtain a laminate of an excellent lamination strength.</p> |
