ORGANIC HIGH MOLECULE HUMIDITY SENSOR

The organic polymer humidity sensor comprises a couple of terminals (1), an electrode (2), a pad (3) and a moisture sensitive film (4). An allyl ammonium derivatives polymer, or a copolymer of an allyl ammonium detivatives and a monomer having more than a vinyl group, and a hydrophlic polymer compound are mixed in the presence of an initiator to give a 5 wt.% of solution. The couple of terminals (1), the gold electrode (2) and the Ag-Pd pad (3) are dipped into the solution and polymerized to form the moisture sensitive film (4).
