<p>PURPOSE:To feed a tape in a high speed and to improve the stop precision by converting continuous rotation of a driving shaft to intermitted rotation of a following-up shaft through a cam mechanism, and providing a motor which changes the rotation of tape feeding roll of a differential gear mechanism which uses the following-up shaft as the input shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a driving shaft 51 of a cam mechanism 5 is rotated in a certain speed, a following-up shaft 52 starts rotating gradually and is accelerated and is rotated in a high speed, then is decelerated gradually and is stopped. Further, an output shaft 31 of a differential gear mechanism 3 is rotated intermittently at every certain rotation angle. Therefore, the stop position of a pattern, a mark 11, or the like on a tape press-fitted to a press-fitting roll 21 by a roll 2 is shifted little by little. Consequently, the diameter of the roll 2 is so set that the roll 2 feeds the tape 1 slightly less than the quantity of one feeding of the tape 1, and a stepping moror 4 is driven after or just before the tape 1 is fed by the rotation quantity of the cam mechanism 5, and a gear 32 is rotated by a gear 41 to increase the rotation quantity of the roll 2, and the tape 1 is fed until the mark 11 reaches the front of an optical sensor 8. Thus, the tape is fed in a high speed, and the high stop precision is attained.</p> |
