PURPOSE:To provide text speech conversion which converts an input document into a correct speech by correctly granting the reading and accent of the input document. CONSTITUTION:The text speech converting device having a document and dictionary alteration contents input part 100 which alters one or both of priority and user dictionary information for selecting words in a word dictionary 120 used for document analysis makes an alteration at an optional place in the input document to eliminate a misread even when a different way of reading the same character string in the input document is requested. |
