PURPOSE:To promote strength and durability of a spacer by forming synthetic resin containing a drying agent in the shape of a strap having a rectangular section, interlocking a hard material with one side thereof as a unit, and turning the hard material to the outside to provide it between plate glass and plate glass. CONSTITUTION:An organic spacer 1 of butyl rubber, etc., containing a dry agent 3 is formed in the shape of a strap having a rectangular section and, at the same time, a flexible hard spacer 2 formed of metal such as aluminum or hard vinyl chloride, etc., is interlocked with one side thereof as a unit. The hard spacer 2 is turned to the outside to provide the spacer 1 to adhere between plate glass 4 and plate glass 4, moisture absorption from outside is controlled and, at the same time, strength of the spacer 1 is maintained. According to the constitution, durability of the spacer can be promoted. |
