<p>PURPOSE:To achieve easy adjustment of an irradiation angle in the right and left directions of a headlamp by having a slider of a tilt measurement device slid to a moving holder, and by indicating the degree of tilting in the right and left directions of a tilting member through the variation of a graduation formed between the moving holder and the slider. CONSTITUTION:Tilt measuring instruments 50, 70 measure the tilt in right and left directions of the irradiation angle of a headlamp and are installed between a reference member 2 and a tilting member 4. Each of the tilt measurement devices 50, 70 comprises a fixed holder 52 to be fixed to the rear side of the reference member 2, a moving holder 56 protruded ahead of the reference member 2, a slider 60 that is slid forward and backward interlocking with the tilt in right and left directions of the tilting member 4, and a graduation that is formed in a specific position between the slider 60 and the moving holder 56 so as to display the amount of relative dislocation between them. A sealing member 57 is placed between the reference member 2 and the fixed holder 52, as well as the fixed holder 52 and the moving holder 56, so as to seal each assembly part. It is easily recognized if there is a deviation in the irradiation angle in right and left directions of the headlamp, and the irradiation angle can be adjusted thereby.</p> |
