PURPOSE:To suppress the transmission loss by adhesion of water or dust, and allow the close coupling transmission with an antenna in a stable level by making the part facing the antenna of the outer surface of an insulator into a flat form. CONSTITUTION:In a close coupling cable 1, the part facing an antenna 10, of the outer surface of an insulator 4, has a flat form in which this part is cut to form a flat surface 4a, and the remaining part is formed into a circular section. The space between the flat surface 4a and the antenna 10 is set to a distance G. Although the transmission loss of the flat surface 4a in which the distance between a conductor 2 and the insulator 4 outer surface is short is slightly increased by the adhesion of moisture or dust, the part of the insulator 4 outer circumferential surface in which the distance with the conductor 2 is long is lowered in field density which is easily influenced by moisture because this part is far from the conductor 2, even when the moisture or dust is adhered, and the transmission loss is difficult to increase. Otherwise, an outside insulator 15 is provided on the outside of the insulator 4, an opening part 15a is formed in the part facing the antenna 10 of the outside insulator 15. Thus, the transmission loss is difficult to increase. |
