A liquid reservoir brush apparatus includes an elongated body provided with a reservoir (14). A fluid inlet (30) is provided which is adapted to be connected through a flow-through handle (32) to a source of fluid, and a fluid outlet (36) is formed in the lower surface of the brush which communicates with the inlet (30). The reservoir (14) is connected to the fluid passageway (34) by a restricted passageway so that a cleaning fluid in the reservoir (14) is drawn into the flow through the brush during use. A cover (42) is secured to the upper surface of the body and encloses the reservoir (14). The cover (42) includes a threaded opening in which a valve (16) is positioned.
