<p>In an apparatus to remove pieces, especially waste pieces (12), cut from bent materials (10) containing blanks or the like and resting on a cutting-out surface (15) so that the piece to be cut out spans an opening (16) in the cutting-out surface (15) and is pushed down through this opening under the pressure of at least one cutting-out member, in particular a cutting-out pin (20), the cutting-out member is assigned, underneath the piece to be cut out, an abutment, guided in the direction of movement of the cutting-out member, in the form of a surface which is resilient and/or movable at least partially inside the opening (16) at a distance from the cutting-out surface (15) and, in its rest position, engages, approximately parallel, on the underside of the waste piece (12) situated in the bent material (10), and which can be conveyed into an angle of inclination with respect to the bent material (10) upon movement of the waste piece (12) by the cutting-out pin (20), in particular upon lowering of said waste piece (12). …<IMAGE>… </p> |
