PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an electronic part stably and surely even under a sever environment of impact, vibration, or the like, by fixing a plurality of electronic parts to the inner wall of a metal case by means of fixtures and preventing the fixtures from falling by means of the cover of the metal case. SOLUTION: In order to facilitate positioning of an electronic part on the inner wall of a metal case 1, a groove 12 receiving a guide 11 and one side of the leg 41 of a fixture 4 is formed integrally and provided, at a lower part thereof, with a heat dissipating fin 13. Each electronic part 3a, 3b is fixed by means of the fixture 4 while arranging the legs 41 symmetrically so that one side thereof can enter into the central part of the electronic part 3a, 3b. Furthermore, the fixture 4 is prevented from being removed by fixing a cover 2 having a stopper 21 to a metal case 1. According to the structure, each electronic part 3a, 3b can be fixed surely without causing any damage even under a sever environment of impact, vibration, or the like.
