PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC EDGE TOOL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic edge tool producing method capable of reducing material cost to a large extent, capable of performing the assembling and sintering of an edge part and an edge holding part by one process and capable of strongly joining the edge part and the edge holding part. CONSTITUTION:A first molding material prepared by compounding and mixing an org. binder with a ceramic powder having high tenacity so as to increase a shrinkage factor is subjected to injection molding not only to mold the edge part 13a but also to form an assembling recessed part 14 and a second molding material prepared by compounding and mixing an org. binder with a ceramic powder having low tenacity so as to reduce a shrinkage factor is subjected to injection molding not only to mold an edge holding part 13b but also to form an assembling protruding part 15. The recessed part 14 of the edge part 13a and the protruding part 15 of the edge holding part 13b are assembled and the obtained assembly is degreased and subsequently sintered to integrate the edge part 13a and the edge holding part 13b through the joining of the recessed part 14 and the protruding part 15.
