<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a foil decorated form made of transparent styrene resin in which a surface fracture of a base such as crazing does not occur by heat transferring to a base made of transparent ethylene resin having a specific value or less of molding distortion of an injection molded form. CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacturing a foil decorated form has the step of heating a transfer foil having a holding layer, a peeling layer, a design layer and an adhesive layer while pressing the foil to a base, and comprises the steps of 1) forming the base of transparent styrene resin and 2) heat transferring to the base having 33% or less of a molding distortion of an injection molded form. As a result, the foil decorated form made of the styrene resin in which a surface fracture of the base such as crazing does not occur can be obtained.</p> |
