<p>PURPOSE: To allow a simple and easy manufacture of a sealing cap to be put on the opening of a pharmaceutical container made of plastics, which can be inserted by a cannula, etc., without removing the part constituting the insertion spot. CONSTITUTION: The sealing cap to be put on the bottle head of a container to be inserted by a cannula or a syringe needle has a seal member 3 made of elastomer material and a sealing capsule 4 made of plastics. Both 3 and 4 are secured at the opening of a container by a securing ring 7, receiving the preload in the axial direction. As the seal member 3 and the sealing capsule 4 of which each opposed surfaces are formed as a ball joint shape, it is capable to make self-centering when the sealing cap is assembling, then the spot 2 for extracting fluid in the seal member 3 and the concave insertion spot 5 in the sealing capsule 4 are aligned. Another concave part 6 to be inserted by the syringe needle is also formed on the sealing capsule 4.</p> |
