CONSTITUTION:The objective food is prepared by inoculating soybean with a microbial strain belonging to the genus Rhizopus and selected from Rhizopus oligosporus, Rhizopus oryzae, Rhizopus arrhizus and Rhizopus stolonifer, mixing the inoculated soybean with tangle and sesame and fermenting the obtained mixture. |
