PURPOSE:To prepare the subject food effective for contributing to the promotion of health, convenient to eat, having delicious taste and excellent nutritiveness and absorbability and useful for the treatment of adult diseases, etc., by inoculating a microbial strain belonging to the genus Rhizopus to soybean, mixing the inoculated soybean with tangle and sesame and fermenting the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective food is prepared by inoculating soybean with a microbial strain belonging to the genus Rhizopus and selected from Rhizopus oligosporus, Rhizopus oryzae, Rhizopus arrhizus and Rhizopus stolonifer, mixing the inoculated soybean with tangle and sesame and fermenting the obtained mixture. |
