<p>PURPOSE:To display required manual information on a display screen by simple operation independently of the contents of information processing by previously storing manual information indicating the contents of information to be processed together with its identification(ID) name. CONSTITUTION:A main memory 2 has an area for storing a system program and an area for storing work data. An area for storing a manual file 2A is included in the work data storing area. A manual file 2A stores the description information (manual information) of information having an ID name such as a text name, a command (program instruction) or the like in relation with the ID name. The manual information can be read out from the file 2A and displayed on a display device 4 at optional time when a user instruction is inputted from an input device 5 or a pointing device 6.</p> |
