<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an operational dial from being touched at the time of cassette feeding which is used for a positioning mechanism of many-paper feeding in a paper feeding device which selects many-paper feeding and cassette- feeding paper and sends the paper with a roller in common. CONSTITUTION:A frame state paper feeding unit 10 is elevated in a frame, and a cassette K is placed on a casette mount 12 on the upper part of the paper feeding unit. A many-paper feeding mount 50 on which printing papers are placed is elevated in the paper feeding unit. A roller 3 is used commonly, and a notched part 14 dodging the roller is provided on the cassette mount 12. The paper feeding unit is located on an upper side at the time of many-paper feeding, to perform paper feeding from the many-paper feeding mount. Since a dial 42 controlling the many-paper feeding mount is elevated together with the paper feeding unit and is located on the part of the lid 66 of a cover 63, the dial 42 can be operated by opening the lid. At the time of cassette paper feeding, the unit is lowered to set the cassette mount to the lower side of the roller. The roller passes a notched part 14, and the cassette is placed on the cassette mount to feed papers. The dial is bidden in the housing part 65 of the cover.</p> |
