PURPOSE:To prevent the durability of a gas engine from degradation due to the promotion of oil degradation in a cylinder and the corrosion of the cylinder by eliminating abnormal smell caused by unburnt gas in exhaust gas and reducing the generation of SOx and NOx in the gas engine using town gas or the like for fuel. CONSTITUTION:A deodorizing device 11 for removing a stink component in gas fuel is disposed at the gas fuel supply side on this side of a gas engine 1. Also, a gas leak detector 14 is additionally provided on the gas engine 1 side from the deodorizing device 11 and an emergency gas shutting-off device 15 operated according to the detection of the gas leak is additionally provided in the gas leak detector 14.
