PURPOSE:To obtain the subject foam having no concern for ozone depletion, excellent in resistance to environmental pollution, compatibility and stability, useful as a thermal insulating material, etc., by using a polyol component, polyisocyanate component and a specific fluoroether as part of foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam can be obtained by using a polyol component such as an aromatic amine-based polyol, a polyisocyanate component such as tolylene diisocyanate and, as part of foaming agent, pref. 20-50 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A, of a fluoroether having boiling point of 10-100 deg.C bearing hexafluoroisopropyl or trifluoroisopropyl group, such as 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropyl monofluoromethyl ether or 1,1,1-trifluoroisopropyl trifluoromethyl ether. |
