PURPOSE:To provide the subject foam improved in its scorch-preventing property without using an ozonosphere-destructive freon gas by foaming an active hydrogen-containing compound, an organic polyisocyante, water, a catalyst and a specific compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) An active hydrogen-containing compound, (B) an organic polyisocyanate such as tolylene diisocylene diisocyanate, (C) water, (D) a catalyst such as sodium acetate, and (E) at least one compound selected from PE, PP, PS and nylon-12 having melting points or softening points of 80-200 deg.C preferably in an amount of 3-100 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A) are foamed to provided the objective foam. |
