PURPOSE:To reduce a wind loss, noise, and power consumption by inserting the rotary shaft of a motor into the center part of a weight which uses a rotary symmetric body whose outer cylindrical face is circular as a base, and incorporates a means which shifts the center of gravity position from the center part in the base. CONSTITUTION:A motor rotary shaft insertion hole 3 is opened at the center part of a homogeneous cylindrical aluminium base 2, and many lead pins 4 are driven into the base 2 so as to be concentrated to the semi-circle of one side of the base 2, so that a weight part 1 can be constituted. Then, the rotary shaft of the motor is forced into the insertion hole 3. Then, the many lead pines 4 driven so as to be concentrated to the semi-circle of one side of the base 2 are adopted as a means which shifts the center of gravity position of the base 2 from the motor rotary shaft insertion hole 3 being the center part of the base 2. Thus, the weight part 1 is constituted as the cylindrical rotary symmetric body, and the rotary shaft of the motor is fixed to the center part, so that the generation of the wind loss can be prevented even when the motor is started, and the generation of vibration can be attained by the bias of the center of gravity position. |
