PURPOSE:To prevent omission of transmission of the charging information due to the fault of a 1st charging processor in regard or a charging information transmitter which transmits the charging information produced from the transmission of data carried out among the terminals to the 1st charging processor and switches the 1st charging processor to a 2nd charging processor for transmission of the charging information when the transmission is impossible to the 1st charging processor. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator means 3 accumulates the charging information produced from the transmissio of data carried out among terminals 6. recognition means 4 discriminates the charging information transmitted to a 1st charging processor 1 from those untransmitted among the information accumulated in the means 3. Then a control means 5 transmits the charging information accumulated in the means 3 to the 1st charging processor 1 and transmits the untransmitted charging information discriminated in recognition 4 to a 2nd charging processor 2 when the transmission of the information is impossible to the processor 1.
