PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a zone switch processing and to make possible the switch of a high-speed zone by performing the batch control of channel switch in a line control station for mobile communication only when a mobile terminal moves between macro cells. CONSTITUTION:When mobile terminal of a micro cell zone 1 b moves to a micro cell zone 2b, a switch request is transmitted from the zone 1b to a micro cell base station 1a through a control channel and is further transferred to a line control station (c). Thus, the station (c) secures an unused communication channel in the zone 2b and performs the switch from a zone 1a9m to a zone 2a91 between zones. When channel allotment of all the mobile terminals is performed in the station (c) controlling all the zones 1b to nb, the channel switch is not performed when the mobile terminal moves between zones and a use channel of the mobile terminal which exists in the farthest zone from a zone 1 where a requesting mobile terminal exists is alloted only when an allotted channel does not exist.
