<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new monoclonal antibody reactive with cell strain of human pulmonary cancer, mammary cancer, gastric cancer and colon cancer, non-reactive with normal human fibroblast cell strain and useful for the clinical diagnosis and immunotherapy, etc., of cancer. CONSTITUTION:The human-type monoclonal antibody is reactive with the cell strain of human pulmonary cancer, mammary cancer, gastric cancer and colon cancer, non-reactive with normal human fibroblast cell strain and reactive with human pulmonary cancer tissue. The antibody contains the amino acid sequences of formula I and formula II in each variable portion of the heavy chain and the light chain of antibody. It can be separated from the product of human-human hybridoma BD9D12 (FERM P13235).</p> |
