The invention relates to a system composed of a central column, assembly with sails connected to it, differential and dynamo at the base of the same column. The sails, numbering 8, are movable, each having an air pump so as to prevent shocks confining the opening extent. The bearings (bushes), totalling 16, form the link of the assembly which supports the sails to the central column. <IMAGE>
