PURPOSE:To designate the registering position for registration of a register name by registering a new document name with interruption after changing the registering order of the registered sentence names when a new sentence is supplied with its name. CONSTITUTION:A work processor is provided with an input means 101 which supplies the documents with sentence names, a storing means 102 which stores the supplied documents, a control means 104 which registers the supplied document names into a sentence name register means 103, a document output means 105, and an output command means 106. The means 104 receives the output of the means 106 and outputs the documents out of the means 102 by the means 105 based on the registering order of the means 103. Then the means 104 changes the registering order of the registered document names and registers a new document name into the means 103 with interruption when a new document is supplied with a sentence name. Therefore the register names and the register numbers can be newly registered at each optional position to a registered index. |
