<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of the quality of a laminated sheet wherein the waste material of a laminated sheet is recycled and utilized. CONSTITUTION:Paper or a nonwoven fabric formed from a powder of a laminated sheet containing a fiber base material and a powder of a thermoplastic resin by a papermaking process is used as a base material. As the powder of the laminated sheet, there are powders of a paper phenol laminated sheet, a glass epoxy composite laminated sheet and a glass epoxy laminated sheet. As an uncured thermosetting resin, there is a solid resole resin, a solid novolac resin or an epoxy resin. As a heat-resistant thermoplastic resin, there are polyether sulfone, polysulfone, polyetherimide, polyamideimide, oxybenzoylpolyester, polyether ether ketone, polyphenylene sulfide, liquid crystal polyester or fluoroplastic.</p> |
